    以下是我公司对【工艺工程师】的招聘条件：   

   1.主要职责
     Duties and Responsibilities：
1.1 制造工艺及相关设备的准备和维护详细的工作说明。
       Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes and related equipment.

1.2 协调制造推出的新订/经修订的产品，包括确定目标，发展过程，训练团队成员，并评估结果。
       Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, developing processes, training team members, and evaluating the results.

1.3 授予与管理，工程，生产，质量和其他工作人员就制造能力，生产进度和其他因素，促进生产流程。
       Confer with management, engineering, production, quality and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

1.4 赋予与销售，计划，设计人员，产品设计和模具，以确保高效的生产方法和质量的结果。
   Confer with sales, planning, and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods and quality results.

1.5设计，开发，测试和/或源和成本的理由建议制造方法的各种工具，机械和设备。赋予与供应商，以确定产品规格和购买机械和设备的安排，根据规格和质量标准。
   Design, develop, test, and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.

1.6 应用统计方法和执行产品/过程的分析，为降低成本，提高服务质量，和提高效率。
      Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.

1.7 代表跨职能团队的制造/工程。
   Represent manufacturing/engineering on cross-functional teams.

1.8 执行其他有关职责和特殊项目作为分配。
    Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
      
      2.教育/工作经验
         Education and Experience：
    在机械，制造或合成材料工程学士学位。
    需要最少3-5年相关工作经验。
    B.S degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Composites Engineering
        Minimum 3-5 years related experience required.
      
     3.计算机能力
    Computer Skills：
        计算机熟练
    Computer  proficiency
     
      4.语言能力
     Language Skills：
     良好的沟通在书面和口头英语
     Good communication in both written and oral English.
      
       5.其他技能与能力
          Other Skills and Abilities:

5.1  持续改善和精益生产技术。
        Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

5.2 能够熟练使用CAD/ CAM的能力
    CAD/CAM proficiency.

5.3 有 AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics or similar programs等软件的操作经验。
      Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics or similar programs.

5.4 机模具设计和成型
       Machine tooling design and molding.

5.5 项目管理：组织和管理，通过多种产品的制造过程的能力。
       Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process.

5.6 质量的方向和高度重视细节。
      Quality orientation and high attention to detail.

5.7 与供应商，客户和员工一同协作的工作能力。
      Ability to work with vendors, customers and employees.

5.8 优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧。
      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5.9 有与高效工作团队一同协作的经验
       Experience working with high performance teams.

5.10 保持一个安全的工作环境的能力。
         Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

5.11 执行问题的分析和解决问题的能力
       Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution.
